In person support is BACK!!!

Join Colorado Lyme & TBD Support Group and Colorado Lyme Disease Awareness Association for our first in person support group meeting since 2020!

We are thrilled to welcome 2023 Community Partner, Ari DePaola, the founder of Functional Recovery & Enhancement (FRE) as our guest speaker.

Hear Ari’s story as she suffered her 17th concussion after a wakeboarding accident and was diagnosed with a severe TBI, Neurological Lyme disease, SIBO, and a number of autoimmune diseases. At one point Ari could barely walk, talk, or even hold a normal conversation. She saw more doctors than she could count, and for the first year of her healing journey, tried taking medications. These medications left her feeling worse. It was at this point that Ari took matters into her own hands. Instead of taking the hundreds of medications she was prescribed, Ari decided to figure out the root cause of her symptoms and a way to heal holistically without all of the complications and side-effects of prescription medications.

That’s when she founded Functional Recovery & Enhancement, or FRE for short, a “wellness on wheels” service offering IV Therapy, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Infrared Sauna Therapy, Red Light Therapy, BEMER Therapy, and Ionic Foot Detox Therapy in the Denver-metro area. Join us as Ari shares her journey with Lyme and the modalities that worked for her to heal and how she is now ensuring this is available to those in the Denver Metro Area.
