  • Online Gentle Yoga for Our Lyme and TBD Community

    As part of COTBDAA's 10 year anniversary celebration, our Community Partners at Soul Tribe Yoga Collective will be providing a gentle yoga practice led by Milena Pastore. This will be a time of connection, peace, relaxation, and reflection for the entire community. This is a free event that requires registration and a waiver for participation.

    Our time together will be gentle, supportive, and adaptable. The event will be approximately 90 minutes in total, with options offered throughout the practice. You are always welcome to rest, modify, remain seated or lying down, or simply receive the practice in whatever way feels most supportive to you.
